Requirements for Registration and Admission in Class LKG

1. The child to be registered shall have completed 3.5 years on 31st March of the year of admission.

2.Date of Birth Certificate: birth certificate should be from the Panchayat/ Nagar Palika/ Nagar Nikam. No other certificates from any other sources will be accepted. Date of birth once given shall not be changed on any account whatsoever.

3.The child to be interviewed must be accompanied by the parents.

4.Stamp size photographs to be affixed on the registration form, interview slip, admission form and conveyance pass card.

Interview: an interview of the child registered for the admission shall be taken on the data informed.

      1.Children brought for the interview shall be able to recognize and recite English alphabets, recognize and count Hindi alphabets and numbers 1 to 20, recognize colours, flowers, animals, birds and fruits. Answer the questions smartly and intelligently.

      2.The interest and availability of parents in helping the child will be specially counted in the selection of children for admission.

Admission to classes other than LKG class depends on the availability of seats; then the following requirements:-

      1. Birth Certificate as in the case of LKG, UKG and 1; to classes II and above, transfer certificate from the school last attended.

      2.TC from ICSC School will be accepted for all classes and mark sheet.

      3.Application for classes above VI will be entertained only if the pupil is from a recognized English medium school. The competent authority in that case must counter sign the transfer certificate.

      4.Written test and interview will be taken in all subjects. Admission will be taken on the basis of merit only.

The minimum age required for various classes will be:

LKG – 3. 5 Years in June,      UKG --- 4.5 Years in June

Class I --- 5. 5 Years in June,       Class II --- 6. 5 Years in June

Class III --- 7. 5 Years in June,      Class IV --- 8. 5 Years in June

Class V --- 9. 5 Years in June,       Class VI --- 10. 5 Years in June

Class VII --- 11. 5 Years in June,      Class VIII --- 12. 5 Years in June

Class IX --- 13. 5 Years in June.
