Clubs

Art education is essential for the child’s emotional growth and mental development. It aims at bringing out the hidden artistic skills of students and provides a firm foundation to bring out creativity and originality of each child.

Dance is a form of art which expresses, various themes and feelings which are manifested in rhythmic body movements by our students. The purpose of Dance club is to instill interest among students for different dance forms.

Divya Chethana Club is formed to foster spiritual, philosophical, moral values and an attitude of service among the students. In this club opportunities are arranged to practice good values of life.

Hindi Club aims at instilling interest towards the mother tongue and appreciation of Hindi and Sanskrit languages to promote their Culture and Literature.

Literary Club aims at stimulating the inner potentialities of the students such as ‘reading, creative writing, acting, spontaneous speaking, etc.’ to bring about intellectual excellence.

‘Music’ blooms from one’s heart. It is the expression of joy and harmony. The purpose of the club is to develop their talents in music and to increase one’s concentrative and appreciative abilities.

Protection of our nature is equal to and as important as the protection of the humanity. Nature club is a group of students who are interested to promote pro nature values. This club focuses to instill in the heart and mind of the students a love for our natural environment in order to act against the pollution of it.

Quiz and Debate Club aims to develop interest and awareness of their surroundings, current events and facts. It promotes the students to acquire rhetoric skills and logical syllogism. Through various activities this club stimulates the philosophical thinking and outlook of the pupils.

Science Club aims to create scientific attitude, a sense of observation, analysis, creativity and independent thinking. It focuses on to generate curiosity and imagination in the minds of the students in the field of science and technology.

Sports Club inculcates the value of discipline, perseverance and team spirit. Special physical exercise reorganizes the working of the body and that of the mind.

Kids Club looks forward the integral growth of the innate abilities of the little kids and foster in them an advanced aptitude for co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Talento is the catchword given to encapsulate the Co-curricular and Extracurricular activities of the school. Sufficient training programmes to excel in different co-curricular activities are made available in the School Clubs, for the students of our school. At the same time their competence is challenged and measured in different houses namely RED, BLUE, GREEN, and YELLOW. The school conducts every year inter-house competitions which is named as TALENTO.

Little Flower School is an English Medium High School, established in the catholic Diocese of Gorakhpur and administered by CST Fathers, who belong to the “Little Flower Mission Education Society Gorakhpur” , a registered charitable society. It is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi, with ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Little Flower School is a co-educational institution aiming at a break-through into the fight against the wall of darknessof ignorance and illiteracy by helping the students to plunge into the infinite realms of knowledge, develop skills and thus build up their character and personality based on simplicity and honesty. The management and staff will put all their efforts to instill into the children the love of God and fellowmen, dedication to duty, unselfish service to the nation and an unparalled thrust for excellence and wisdom.
